Learning Resources
Here's everything I've made to help nature-curious families learn together — some free, some paid, all rooted in the natural world.
Our prints
Available separately or as part of our boxes, our prints are designed to inspire early learners. Each print comes with access to a companion elearning site that encourages children to explore the natural world, providing a multi-sensory learning experience. They can be printed at home or delivered, and every print and our elearning features the latest environmental science content.
We work with Teemill a UK print-on-demand service that is ethical and environmentally aware. They use water-based inks, OEKO-TEX approved (having no regulated or unregulated chemicals harmful to the environment). Teemill also offset their carbon footprint. The packaging used to ship orders is 100% plastic free.
See our shop for information on ordering and use.
Blog
The Buttercup blog is where I share the practical stuff: scavenger hunts and nature-play ideas, gentle wellbeing and mental-health support, tips for living a bit more sustainably, and conversations with the eco heroes who inspire me.
Podcast
On my Curious About Nature podcast, I sit down with lovely people — teachers, beekeepers, and all sorts of others — to talk about outdoor learning, mindfulness in nature, and living a bit more gently on the planet.
AR Books
A factual nature book to help early and neurodivergent readers learn to read through the natural world, starting with the insects whose populations we most need the next generation to care about. It’s a project close to my heart, waiting on the right funding to bring it fully to life.
A full-year nature programme
in development...
I’m building a subscription nature-learning programme and community, structured around the UK’s micro-seasons so there’s something to explore all year round. It sequences the activities into a gentle, follow-along rhythm, with a community space alongside. It’s in active development now — register your interest and I’ll let you know the moment it opens.
