  1. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website or checkout page.

Prices are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment must be made at checkout unless another arrangement is clearly stated.

We use payment providers such as Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full payment card details.

You must make sure your payment details are accurate and that you have permission to use the payment method provided.

  1. Nature Curious subscriptions

Nature Curious boxes may be available as a quarterly or annual subscription.

When you subscribe, you agree to pay the subscription price shown at checkout.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.

The renewal date and subscription details will be shown at checkout or in your account.

If you use a discount code for your first payment, the discount applies only to the payment stated at the time of purchase. Unless clearly stated, introductory discounts do not apply to future renewal payments.

  1. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a quarterly Nature Curious subscription before the next renewal date.

If you do not want to receive your next box, please cancel before the 17th of the month before the next seasonal box is processed.

If you cancel after your renewal has already been processed, you may still receive and be charged for that seasonal box.

If you have paid for an annual subscription, you agree to the annual subscription period shown at checkout. If you ask to cancel part-way through an annual subscription, we may charge for boxes already sent at the standard box rate and refund any remaining balance where applicable.

You will receive any boxes already paid for unless we confirm cancellation before the box has been processed.

For subscription support, contact:

naturecurious@buttercuplearning.com

  1. Subscription law changes

UK subscription rules are changing. Buttercup Learning will review its subscription terms, checkout wording, renewal reminders and cancellation process before the new subscription contract rules apply.

Where legal changes require updates to subscription information, reminders, cancellation rights or renewal rights, Buttercup Learning will update its terms and customer information.

Delivery information is set out in our Delivery Policy.

Nature Curious boxes are currently delivered to UK addresses only.

Nature Curious boxes are sent by Royal Mail Second Class.
