Nature Curious Boxes delivered direct from Buttercup
Once you subscribe to a quarterly Nature Curious box, you will receive your first box within 10 days. Then you will receive the next available seasonal box on or around the following dates:
Deliveries for:
Spring 6th March
Summer 6th June
Autumn 6th September
Winter 6th December
Posting within the EU is too expensive. We currently only post our Nature Curious boxes within the UK. Postage to UK addresses is free for our box subscribers and gifted boxes.
Boxes are delivered using second class royal mail delivery.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation for each service.
All our packaging can be recycled and is eco friendly.
Please email support@buttercuplearning.com if you haven’t received your subscription box order within 10 days of the dispatch email and would like to report it missing.
If a package is not delivered within 10 days, Royal Mail will consider it lost. After this time, we will be able to work with you to resolve the issue.
In order to provide a replacement, we must receive lost parcel reports within 30 days of dispatch; after this period, we are unable to provide a replacement.
Our digital downloadable nature prints are delivered immediately after payment via our WooCommerce store.
Our Nature Curious digital packs are delivered immediately after payment via our Subbly payment processor and Google Drive.
Nature prints, mugs, jigsaws, stickers and apparel are delivered through Teemill.
Our AR prints are delivered via our print-on-demand service from Teemill. Most orders are printed the same working day they are placed within our Teemill store. Teemills operating hours are Monday-Friday and so any orders placed outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Any dispatch and delivery time projections provided are estimates only, and may be affected by public, bank or international holidays, or delays outside of our control.The turnaround time on an order depends on where your order is being sent to and the delivery option selected in the checkout form when placing your order. Options range from standard shipping, to expedited and tracked worldwide delivery.
UK domestic orders should arrive within 5 days. Teemill ship to most countries worldwide.
You can find all of the shipping information in our Delivery FAQs on our Teemill linked store. And when you reach the checkout form and select the shipping service which suits you. Once you’ve placed your order, you should receive an email confirmation, including an estimated delivery date for your order. When your order has been completed and you have purchased tracked delivery, tracking information will be provided in your Dispatch email.
The cost of shipping depends on where an order is being sent and how fast you want it to arrive. If you need your order sooner for a specific time or event, we recommend placing your order with an upgraded shipping method.
All orders destined for the EU are customs-free up to a value of €150.
When ordering products for delivery outside of the UK, depending on the destination, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the products reach the specified delivery location.
Any additional charges for customs and/or import clearance and other handling charges must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges.
If you haven’t received your order from our Teemills store within 10 days of dispatch and would like to report it as missing, please contact Teemill’s support.
In the case of larger orders, please make sure someone can accept delivery before we deliver to the address you specified in your order.
If the shipping address for any of our products is inaccurate or incomplete, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
