Shipping Policy

Once you subscribe to a quarterly box, you will receive your first box within 10 days. Then you will receive the next available seasonal box on or around the following dates:

Deliveries for:

Spring 6th March

Summer 6th June

Autumn 6th September

Winter 6th December

Posting within the EU is too expensive. We currently only post within the UK. Postage to UK addresses is free for our box subscribers and gifted boxes.

Boxes are delivered using first-class royal mail delivery. 

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation for each service.

All our packaging can be recycled and is eco friendly. 

Please email  if you haven’t received your subscription box order within 10 days of the dispatch email and would like to report it missing.

If a package is not delivered within 10 days, Royal Mail will consider it lost. After this time, we will be able to work with you to resolve the issue.

In order to provide a replacement, we must receive lost parcel reports within 30 days of dispatch; after this period, we are unable to provide a replacement.

Our AR prints are delivered via our print on demand service from Inkthreadable.

All physical print orders are subject to a 3 working day lead time before being shipped. On average, our customers will receive their prints within 5 – 7 days of ordering. You can choose your preferred shipping method (royal mail or courier) at the cart checkout.

In the case of larger print orders, please make sure someone can accept delivery before we deliver to the address you specified in your order. 

If a shipping address for any of our products is inaccurate or incomplete, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. 

Transit damage can sometimes occur. If your purchase of AR prints shows obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately.

Our digital downloadable products are delivered immediately after payment via our woocommerce store.
