Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how Buttercup Learning products are delivered.

Different products are delivered in different ways:

Nature Curious boxes are delivered directly by Buttercup Learning.

Digital products are delivered electronically through Payhip and, where relevant, Google Drive.

Nature prints, mugs, jigsaws, stickers, apparel and other print-on-demand products are fulfilled and delivered by Teemill.

  1. Nature Curious boxes delivered direct from Buttercup

Nature Curious boxes are currently delivered to UK addresses only.

Postage to UK addresses is free for Nature Curious box subscribers and gifted boxes.

We do not currently post Nature Curious boxes outside the UK because international postage costs are too high for this product.

  1. Nature Curious subscription deliveries

When you subscribe to a quarterly Nature Curious box, your first box will usually be sent within 10 days.

After your first box, you will receive the next available seasonal box on or around these dates:

Spring: 6 March

Summer: 6 June

Autumn: 6 September

Winter: 6 December

These dates are dispatch targets and may vary slightly due to weekends, bank holidays, postal delays, stock, or circumstances outside our control.

  1. How Nature Curious boxes are sent

Nature Curious boxes are sent by Royal Mail Second Class delivery.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Second Class post within 2 to 3 working days, including Saturdays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  1. Missing Nature Curious boxes

If you have not received your Nature Curious box within 10 working days after the expected delivery date, please contact:

support@buttercuplearning.com

Please include:

Your name

Your order number

Your delivery address

The dispatch date, if you have it

Royal Mail may treat a UK item as lost if it has not arrived by the due date plus 10 working days.

Please report missing boxes within 30 days of dispatch. This gives us time to check the order, contact Royal Mail where needed, and arrange a suitable resolution.

If a missing parcel is reported more than 30 days after dispatch, we may not be able to provide a replacement.

  1. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.

If an address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be delayed, returned, or lost.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@buttercuplearning.com.

If your order has already been dispatched to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, we may not be able to refund or replace the order unless it is returned to us.

  1. Packaging

We aim to use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging for Buttercup direct products wherever possible.

Please recycle or reuse packaging where suitable.

  1. Digital downloadable products

Digital downloadable nature prints and Nature Curious digital packs are delivered electronically after payment through our Payhip store.

Some digital packs may also be delivered through Google Drive links.

You should receive access shortly after payment.

If you do not receive your download or access link, please check your email inbox, spam folder, Payhip account, and order confirmation first.

  1. Teemill products

Nature prints, mugs, jigsaws, stickers, apparel and other print-on-demand products are fulfilled and delivered by Teemill.

Teemill products are printed on demand. Most orders are printed the same working day when placed during Teemill’s operating hours, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed outside these times will usually be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch and delivery estimates are estimates only. They may be affected by weekends, public holidays, bank holidays, international holidays, customs checks, postal delays, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

  1. Teemill delivery times and options

Teemill delivery times depend on the delivery address and shipping option selected at checkout.

Options may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, tracked shipping and tracked worldwide delivery.

UK domestic orders usually arrive within 5 days after dispatch, although this is an estimate.

Teemill ships to most countries worldwide.

You will see available shipping options and costs at checkout.

After placing your order, you should receive an email confirmation with an estimated delivery date.

If you choose tracked delivery, tracking information will be provided in your dispatch email.

  1. Teemill delivery questions and missing orders

You can find Teemill shipping information in the Delivery FAQs on the linked Teemill store.

If you have not received your Teemill order within 10 days of dispatch and want to report it as missing, please contact Teemill support using the contact details in your Teemill order emails.

  1. International Teemill orders

Teemill ships to many countries worldwide.

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees when they reach the destination country.

You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees unless Teemill states otherwise at checkout.

Buttercup Learning does not control these charges.

All orders destined for the EU are currently customs-free up to a value of €150.

  1. Larger orders

For larger orders, please make sure someone can accept delivery at the address provided.

If a delivery fails because no one is available to receive it, please follow the instructions from the delivery provider or Teemill support.
